Materials
Nylon PA12 Classic
Printing with HP\\\'s Multi Jet Fusion technology using the most cost-effective, durable, and high-performance material in the world of additive manufacturing, suitable for both mass production and functional prototypes.
Nylon PA12 Smooth
Printing with HP\'s Multi Jet Fusion technology using the new material with a smoother finish than Classic PA12, which ensures a reduction in surface roughness by up to 70% while reducing mechanical properties by 10%
Nylon PA12 White
Printing with Multi Jet Fusion technology allows for various color tinting options on a white base.
Nylon PA12 FullColor
Printing with the HP 580 MJF Color 3D printer combines PA12\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s strength with the ability to print in any color and texture (photos, text, graphics, logos, etc.).
Nylon PA12 GB
A blend of PA12 Classic and 40% glass microspheres, which results in a stiffer material with lower sliding resistance.
Nylon PA11
Offers greater flexibility and strength compared to PA12 and is more environmentally friendly as it\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s derived from castor oil, a renewable and natural source, instead of petroleum. It has a rougher surface texture and excellent resistance to aggressive chemicals.
UV-LFS Resin
Resin printing for aesthetically pleasing components or those with specific technical characteristics and applications, such as transparency or flexibility, with a choice of different grades.
Stainless Steel 316L
Printing from stainless steel powder grade 1.4404/316L using LPBF (DMS) technology.
Aluminum
Printing from Aluminum 3.2382 / AlSi10Mg powder using LPBF (DMS) technology.
TPU
Rubber-like flexible material with a hardness of 91A printed using HP\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s Multi Jet Fusion technology.

Color
Raw Gray: The piece undergoes only bead blasting and remains matte gray with not always uniform coloring. Anthracite Gray: The piece undergoes an additional treatment that makes it uniform and anthracite in color. Black: The piece has a uniform finish in matte black color with excellent aesthetic appearance. Smooth Finish: The piece undergoes further treatment that makes the surface smooth to the touch, with a \"velvet\" effect. Not recommended for small or fragile parts.

Print settings
Standard: To achieve the highest production cost-efficiency without sacrificing all the characteristics of PA12.
Mechanical: To provide greater mechanical strength to your parts.
Aesthetic: To place greater importance on the quality of the surface finish.
Balanced: The right compromise between the mechanical and aesthetic modes.

Production Times
Important Note: Orders received after 3:00 PM will be considered received on the next day. Production days are business days.
Production in 9+ days is indicative and represents an average timeframe in which most orders are processed but can vary depending on various factors.
Production times of 1, 2, 5 and 7 business days are guaranteed but may not be available for all files or quantities requested.
Details not compatible with rapid cooling are not suitable for production in 1 or 2 business days.
×
Minimum price for quantity
This is the lowest unit price that can be achieved by ordering a sufficiently high quantity of pieces.
×
Supports
You can choose whether receive the part without or with supports (economic option). Contact point marks may be visible.
×
Block printing orientation
With this option, we will print your file exactly in the same orientation as it is saved. Our experts normally choose the best orientation for each part to optimize the final result according to typical Upskin and Downskin phenomenon. If you have a good knowledge of MJF technology, we give you the opportunity of maximizing the personalization of your prints.

Vapour Smoothing
The surface smoothing achieved through a chemical process (vapor fuse) that significantly reduces the roughness of the part and eliminates the typical porosity of this technology, leaves no residues on the part, which remains biocompatible.
The maximum size of the parts is 250x150x150 mm
