Nylon PA 12 Classic

Nylon PA12 MJF is HP’s most versatile, cost-effective, durable and high-performance Multi Jet Fusion printed material in the world of additive manufacturing.

It enables the production of both prototypes and series of functional parts, offering a true alternative to injection moulding. HP MJF media-free technology provides maximum design freedom.

FINISHES

The part only undergoes shot peening to remove residual print dust and thus remains opaque grey, with colouring that is not always uniform.

Stampa PA 12 Nero Opaco

Colouring obtained by immersion in black solution. The piece has a uniform matt black finish with excellent aesthetic appearance

The piece undergoes an additional shot-peening treatment with graphite microspheres to make it uniform and anthracite-coloured.

PA 12 Vapor Fuse Nylon

PA11 MJF nylon printed with HP’s Multi Jet Fusion technology is a durable and environmentally friendly material, with high wear resistance and low friction. It also offers good resistance to many chemical products.

316 STAINLESS STEEL

3D printing in AISI316L stainless steel is produced via the LPBF (laser fusion powder bed) process which allows for extremely precise and resistant finished parts to be obtained, which do not require further sintering/hardening steps in high temperature ovens. This technology requires the presence of supports during printing, which, optionally, can be subsequently removed by us or by the end customer. The finish of the material is matte/sandblasted.

ALUMINUM

3D printing in AlSi10Mg Aluminum is produced via the LPBF process (laser fusion powder bed) which allows for extremely precise and resistant finished parts to be obtained, which do not require further sintering/hardening steps in high temperature ovens.

This technology requires the presence of supports during printing, which, optionally, can be subsequently removed by us or by the end customer. The finish of the material is matte/sandblasted.

RESINS

Resin printing for components for aesthetic use or with particular technical characteristics and specific applications such as transparency or flexibility chosen from different grades.
 

TPU

It is a flexible/rubbery material printed with HP MJF technology without printing supports, which guarantees maximum design freedom.

Direct Extrusion

It is an innovative technology, created upon specific request of Fama3D, which allows for an extrusion speed of 20 to 50 times higher than traditional FDM technology and significantly lower costs. Large parts can thus be made at reasonable costs.
